Chicken Soup

So lately I have been bored with my cooking so I'm venturing out of our norm and finding new recipes. Well I have a couple RAchel Ray magz, so I found a good and EASY chicken soup. I can't believe i've never made it before. Although I cheated a little and bought a rotessori chicken from Food Lion it tasted really good!

3 1/2 cups of chicken broth (I use the whole carton of it.)
Pepper (not too much)
2 medium carrots sliced
2 stalks of celery
1 cup uncooked extra wide egg noodles (I also used more of these because I've been know to drian chicken soup from the can to get to the noodles.)
1 cup shredded cooked chicken

1. Heat broth, pepper, carrot and celery in 2 qt saucepan over medium-high to a boil.
2. Stir in noodles nad chicken. Reduce heat to medium. Cook for 10 min. or until noodles are tender.

prep 5 min. Cook 20 min. Makes 4 servings (So adjust to your family)

Enjoy!

That sounds yummy!! It might be one that my kids will eat too. My kids are very picky, so it's hard making new things. If Eric was here at least I know someone else would be eating it besides me.
